Complii bolsters executive leadership team

Building safety and regulatory compliance provider Complii, headquartered in London, has strengthened its executive leadership team with the promotions of Scott McKay to chief operating officer and Martin Truscott to chief commercial officer.

Scott, formerly group managing director for fire and lifts, will oversee operations, onboarding and operational performance across the group, while Martin, previously group commercial sales director, will lead commercial strategy, sales performance and revenue growth. 

Both appointments are internal promotions, reflecting the business’ continued investment in developing senior talent.

Scott said: “I’m proud to take on this role and excited about what comes next. 

“Complii has built an exceptional platform of specialist businesses and talented people. 

“My focus will be on creating the operational foundations that enable us to continue growing at pace, onboard new businesses effectively, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer across the group.”

“By bringing our sales teams together as one group function, we can collaborate more closely across divisions, open more of our services to every customer, and make sure they get the full value of everything Complii can do.”

The new executive roles form part of an evolution of Complii’s operating model as the business continues to expand across its water, air, fire, electrical, and lifts and escalators divisions.
