Enablis opens London office with senior hires
AI-native technology consultancy Enablis has expanded into London with the opening of a new office and the appointment of Matt Feeney as chief AI officer and Mark Melvin as client partner.
The new Farringdon office becomes the company’s second UK location alongside its Leeds headquarters.
Matt joins from PA Consulting, where he advised organisations on AI strategy, implementation and governance, while Mark brings experience in corporate transformation and enterprise growth from senior roles including vice president EMEA at Mach49 and director at Accenture.
Together, they will help Enablis support enterprise organisations adopting AI at scale, with Matt leading the firm's AI strategy and Mark focused on client growth and strategic partnerships.
Matt said: “The AI conversation in every boardroom has changed.
“It’s no longer ‘should we?’ – it’s ‘we've run the pilots, so where’s the return?’.
“Most organisations aren’t short of ideas; they’re stuck between a demo that impressed and production AI that delivers value.
“That’s exactly the gap Enablis is built to close – every engagement ends with an outcome.
“What convinced me to join is that Enablis is its own case study: AI isn’t a service line here, it’s how the whole company operates.
“My focus is bringing that to clients; working agents in live environments, governed properly, measured accurately and moving the numbers that matter.”
Mark added: “What attracted me most was Enablis’ customer-first culture, entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to help organisations modernise and grow through technology.
“I’m looking forward to working closely with clients to realise greater value from their technology investments and support their transformation ambitions.”
The London expansion and senior appointments reflect Enablis’ continued growth strategy, strengthening its leadership team and national presence as demand for production-ready AI solutions continues to grow.
Sarah Pawson, founder and chief executive of Enablis, added: “Opening our London office is an important milestone for Enablis and reflects the increasing demand we’re seeing from organisations looking to move beyond AI experimentation and into production.
“It has always been important to us to work alongside our clients, not at a distance.
“Organisations don’t want theory; they want to see real examples of AI embedded into a business and delivering value, from first idea through to production.
“That's the work we do every day.
“Matt and Mark are a significant investment in that future.
“Matt brings deep experience of taking AI beyond pilots into production-grade solutions that organisations can run, govern and scale whilst Mark brings the client leadership needed to build long-term partnerships as we continue to grow in London.”
