Redford Developments appoints finance director
Warwickshire property and development firm Redford Developments has appointed Phil Partridge as finance director as it continues to build its leadership team.
Phil joins from Lovell Partnerships, where he served as head of finance, bringing 25 years’ experience in finance across the property and housebuilding sectors.
His career also includes senior finance roles at Catesby Estates, part of Urban & Civic plc, and he is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA).
In his new role, Phil will lead Redford Developments’ finance function, supporting strategic decision-making and the company's continued expansion across its growing portfolio of residential and commercial development projects.
Phil said: “Joining a newly formed business after 13 years of working for plcs is an exciting change, especially as I know Richard and Eric so well.
“The opportunity to be part of a senior team who have already acquired a number of nationally significant sites for redevelopment really appealed to me.
“I look forward to structuring many more deals, working alongside consultants, partners, funders and housebuilders.”
Phil’s appointment reflects Redford Developments’ continued investment in its leadership team, strengthening the business as it advances its growing development pipeline across the Midlands and South.
Richard Mees, chief executive of Redford Developments, added: “Phil and I worked together at Catesby Estates plc, which was previously owned by our chairman Eric Grove, so Phil’s experience, skills and attitude is already well known to myself and the board at Redford Development Limited.
“We therefore couldn’t be happier with this appointment.
“Since we last worked together, Phil has gained invaluable experience in the housebuilding sector at Lovell Partnerships.
“Phil will be joining the board of Redford Developments Limited from day one and it is great to have him in the team.”
