Workman strengthens sustainability team

Property consultancy Workman has strengthened its sustainability consultancy with the appointments of Icarus Au, Rachael Entwistle and Hope Walker.

Icarus joins the Birmingham office as whole-life carbon and technical sustainability consultant, bringing more than a decade of international consultancy experience in sustainable building design and carbon assessment.

Rachael joins the Manchester office as senior sustainability consultant (building performance), adding expertise in ESG strategy, BREEAM In-Use certification and climate resilience, while Hope Walker joins the Bristol team as sustainability consultant with specialist skills in building performance modelling, energy assessment and whole-life carbon analysis.

Together, the trio will strengthen Workman’s expertise across whole-life carbon, building performance and BREEAM In-Use, supporting institutional investors, funds and property owners with ESG, regulatory and net-zero objectives.
