Everflow appoints water managing director

Multi-utilities provider Everflow, headquartered in Peterlee in County Durham, has appointed Mari Jones as water managing director as it continues to expand its offering to SMEs across the UK.

Mari brings almost two decades of leadership experience across customer service, commercial operations, communications and transformation, with a track record of leading teams through organisational change and improving customer experience.

In her new role, Mari will focus on simplifying customer journeys, improving operational performance and developing Everflow’s water offering around the needs of small businesses, while supporting the company's continued growth.

Mari said: “Everflow is well placed to lead the market by raising expectations of what SMEs should experience from their utilities provider both in what we offer and how we deliver it. 

“The focus now is on simplifying how we operate and ensuring everything is built around the needs of our customers. 

“My focus will be on taking what is already a great foundation and building on it.”

Mari’s appointment reflects Everflow’s continued investment in its leadership team, strengthening the business as it scales its SME offering and focuses on customer experience, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
