rg+p strengthens team with two new hires

Multi-disciplinary practice rg+p has strengthened its quantity surveying and project management team with the appointments of Jose Monteiro and Mubin Serpuja.

Jose joins as senior project manager and employer’s agent, bringing more than a decade of experience on projects including the mixed-use urban extensions at Fairfield in Milton Keynes and Alconbury Weald in Huntingdon.

Mubin joins as a placement year quantity surveyor and will gain practical experience alongside studying for a quantity surveying and commercial management degree at Nottingham Trent University.

Both will work across rg+p’s Birmingham and Leicester studios and be mentored by associate director Andrew Frost.

Andrew said: “It’s exciting to add these new faces to our team following a period of sustained growth, and we’re confident they’ll bring a mix of energy and experience to support our continued success.

“Their skills, ambition and fresh perspectives made them standout candidates, and we’re looking forward to them making a positive impact.”

Their appointments follow growth including the practice's work on the Bromford Flagship framework, which covers housing schemes in Worcestershire.

“Other new projects include 165 homes across two sites in Edgbaston for Midland Heart, as well as our first project with Settle Housing in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire following their merger with Paradigm.

“With a healthy pipeline of new housing work alongside education, civic and HRB schemes currently underway, we’re maintaining strong momentum as we move through the summer.”
