Pamela joins from EY with more than 15 years’ experience advising clients across Aberdeen, London and New York on corporate and international tax matters.
She specialises in supporting multinational businesses with cross-border tax planning, compliance, reporting and the tax implications of global expansion, and has particular expertise in the media and entertainment sector.
Pamela has advised multinational groups, content creators, broadcasters and production companies on complex international tax matters, helping businesses navigate changing regulatory requirements and support their growth ambitions.
Pamela said: “I’m delighted to be joining S&W at such an exciting stage in its growth.
“The firm has clear ambitions, a strong client-focused culture and an excellent reputation in the market.
“The international tax landscape in media and entertainment continues to evolve rapidly, creating both challenges and opportunities for businesses.
“I look forward to working with colleagues across the firm to help clients navigate that complexity and support their growth ambitions both in the UK and internationally.”
Pamela’s appointment forms part of S&W’s continued investment in its business tax team and strengthens the firm's international capabilities as it pursues its long-term growth strategy.
Mark Webb, head of business tax at S&W, added: “Pamela’s appointment reflects our continued investment in corporate and international tax and our commitment to broadening the expertise available to clients across our business tax practice.
