Teesside firm kicks off Thornaby FC partnership
A Teesside business has scored a new partnership with a community football club.
Circle Cloud has become a sponsor of Thornaby FC, strengthening its links with the local community and backing the club’s work to bring people together through football.
Bosses say the partnership brings together two organisations with strong local roots and a shared ambition to invest in the area’s future.
Thornaby FC has a long history of bringing people together through football, developing local talent and creating opportunities for people of all ages.
For Circle Cloud, the sponsorship builds on its wider support for projects and organisations across the region.
The company says giving back to communities where its customers, employees and partners live and work remains an important part of its approach.
Lisa Stidwell, marketing manager at Circle Cloud, said: “We’re really pleased to be working with Thornaby FC.
“The club has a fantastic history and plays an important role in the community.
“As a local business, it's important for us to support organisations that provide opportunities for people and bring communities together.
“We are looking forward to supporting the club throughout the season and building a strong relationship with everyone involved.”
Ryan McKnight, chief operating officer at Thornaby FC, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Circle Cloud as a sponsor.
“Support from local businesses is hugely important to clubs like ours and helps us continue to invest in our facilities, players and wider football programme.
“We are grateful for Circle Cloud’s backing and look forward to working together throughout the season.”
