Nine Feet Tall appoints senior manager
Bath-headquartered management consultancy Nine Feet Tall has appointed Verity Hart as senior manager, strengthening its leadership team and change management expertise.
Verity brings more than 25 years’ experience and specialises in organisational design and the development and implementation of target operating models.
Her career spans sectors including retail, energy, infrastructure, aerospace, defence and life sciences, with expertise across complex change programmes, structured change methodologies and the practical application of AI and automation.
In her new role, Verity will lead culture and behavioural transformation programmes for clients across the UK.
She joins from Muuto Consulting, where she was senior principal consultant, and has previously led change programmes within Central England Co-operative, N Brown Group and Sainsbury’s.
Verity said: “Alongside the senior team and supported by our talented colleagues, my focus will be on further building our capabilities in target operating model and organisational design, with a particular focus on cultural and behavioural change.
“Nine Feet Tall is in an exciting period of growth and this position presented a great opportunity for me to take the next step in my career.

Nine Feet Tall supports organisations across sectors including retail, housing, construction, manufacturing and legal services with business and organisational change.
