WorkWell transforms former NHS site

A Yorkshire-based serviced office provider has expanded its Leeds offering after transforming a former NHS building into a fully let flexible workspace.

WorkWell has completed the redevelopment of an 8675sq ft building at Carrwood Park, creating private office suites, meeting rooms and collaborative areas for businesses.

Designed by Manchester-based NC Studio, the facility has been reimagined with contemporary interiors, upgraded amenities and flexible layouts.

A central atrium forms the heart of the building, providing shared space designed to support both focused working and collaboration through integrated technology, considered lighting and softer finishes.

The development has been fully let following completion, with tenants including Horizon Care & Education.

The organisation joined WorkWell in 2025 with a five-person office in another Carrwood Park building but has since expanded into the new facility, taking workspace around eight times larger than its original base.

The project forms part of WorkWell’s wider expansion strategy across Yorkshire as demand for flexible workspace continues to grow.

It follows the launch of the company’s Copthall Bridge location in Harrogate and further strengthens Carrwood Park’s position as an established business destination in Leeds.

WorkWell says it plans to continue growing its network of premium flexible workspaces across the region.
