Main-Board appoints associate director

Sheffield-headquartered executive recruitment specialist Main-Board has appointed Rhyanne Ward as associate director, strengthening its support for senior leadership and board-level appointments across the UK.

Nottinghamshire-based Rhyanne brings more than 20 years’ experience spanning recruitment, talent acquisition, national account management and business leadership.

Before joining Main-Board, she founded and led her own business, supporting clients with strategic hiring and talent acquisition.

In her new role, she will work alongside Julian Woodman to help organisations address leadership, people and wider business challenges while developing relationships with senior leaders and building talent networks.

Rhyanne said: “After meeting with the directors and hearing about the vision for Main-Board, I was genuinely excited by the opportunity.

Rhyanne’s appointment adds further experience to Main-Board’s relationship-led executive search offering.
