We Are Zenith is delighted to introduce David Potts, who joins our delivery team to lead two brand-new apprenticeship pathways: Retail Manager and Financial Services Administrator.

David brings a genuinely varied career to the role, having worked across retail, financial services, recruitment, contact centres, health and safety, and children's social care. It's a background that few trainers can match — and one that shapes everything he does with learners.

"My varied background allows me to relate learning to real workplace situations, making training engaging, practical, and relevant," David explains. "I'm passionate about supporting individuals to reach their potential, creating a positive learning environment where every apprentice feels encouraged to grow, challenge themselves, and achieve their goals."

David Potts will support learners on both the Retail Manager and Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship programmes, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in their roles — and to progress in their careers beyond the apprenticeship itself.

Whether it's coaching a future retail leader through the realities of team management and customer experience, or guiding a financial services administrator through the detail and discipline the role demands, David's cross-sector experience means he can draw on real examples from multiple industries to make every session practical and relevant.
