Compassionate Care appoints services director

Altrincham-based care provider Compassionate Care Group has appointed Clare Murray as director of complex services as it continues to develop its specialist care offering.

Clare, from Liverpool, brings 20 years of experience across adult and children’s social care, with a particular focus on delivering clinical complex care.

Her career has included registered manager and head of complex services roles, alongside more than 15 years working with nurses, clinicians and wider multidisciplinary teams.

In her new position, Clare will focus on delivering person-centred and clinically safe care while supporting clients’ wellbeing, dignity and independence.

She will also build a team of clinicians and support workers as Compassionate Care Group looks to further develop its nurse-led approach and specialist training provision.

Clare said: “I was attracted to Compassionate Care Group as it is family owned, with family values at the heart of the company.

Compassionate Care Group provides supported living, homecare, mental health provision, emergency accommodation and respite care, alongside children’s outreach and specialist support services.

Clare’s appointment adds further clinical and leadership experience as the group continues to expand its services and invest in the quality and governance of its care provision.
