Reward appoints data and analytics chief
Customer engagement and commerce media business Reward, headquartered in London, has appointed Matthew Keylock as chief data and analytics officer as it accelerates investment in its data and intelligence capabilities.
Matthew brings nearly three decades of experience across data, analytics and artificial intelligence and will join Reward’s executive committee.
He joins from Mars Petcare, where he served as global chief data and analytics officer and built and led its global data and analytics function.
His career has also included senior global roles with online luxury fashion retailer Yoox Net-A-Porter Group and customer data science specialist dunnhumby.
In his new role, Matthew will lead Reward’s global data, analytics and insight capabilities, with a focus on developing its transaction and behavioural intelligence to support customer insight, personalisation and targeting.
Matthew said: “Having led data and analytics across global businesses, I know the competitive advantage that comes from rich data and the right technology.
“Reward has an exceptional transaction dataset and, with AI rapidly changing what’s possible, a significant opportunity to push the boundaries of customer intelligence and personalisation.
“It’s an exciting time to join the business.”
Matthew’s appointment comes as Reward, which is part of Rezolve Ai, looks to combine its existing transaction intelligence with artificial intelligence technology to develop new solutions for financial institutions, brands and retailers.
The business is also expanding internationally and investing in growth areas including its Finance Media Network.
James House, chief executive of Reward, added: “Data and insight are at the heart of Reward and a defining strength of our business.
“Our transaction intelligence gives us a powerful understanding of consumer behaviour, and Rezolve Ai brings another dimension to how we can innovate around that intelligence – advancing personalisation, targeting and the value we deliver for customers.
“Matt brings an exceptional track record of turning data into commercial value and gives us even more firepower to go further and faster.”
