Multiverse appoints coaching and delivery chief

AI and technology upskilling platform Multiverse has appointed Kelly Griffith as senior vice president of coaching and delivery as it continues to scale its operations across the UK and Europe.

Kelly joins from professional coaching platform EZRA, where she spent seven years as chief coaching officer.

During her time with the business, she built its global coaching community from the ground up to more than 4500 professionals across over 100 countries.

A qualified coach herself, Kelly brings extensive experience in scaling international coaching networks alongside first-hand knowledge of professional development.

In her new role, she will lead Multiverse’s largest operational team, supporting its growing learner base and helping the company meet increasing demand from enterprise customers.

Kelly said: “The core of an apprenticeship has always been that key relationship between an expert and a learner. 

“Scaling that in the AI era is a critical mission, and the brilliant team of Multiverse coaches have a special role to play.

“I’ve followed Multiverse for many years, including as a customer, but this moment, with the company accelerating growth and impact across Europe, feels like an inflection point. 

“I’m thrilled to join.”

Kelly’s appointment comes as Multiverse continues to expand its delivery organisation alongside growing adoption of artificial intelligence and demand for technology skills.

The company’s coaches have an average of more than five years of industry experience before joining the business, with more than 100 holding advanced degrees.

Multiverse also provides its coaches with an average of 60 hours of technical upskilling each year as it continues to invest in the quality and scale of its learning provision.
