Crowe welcomes 96 new trainees
National audit, tax, advisory and consulting firm Crowe has welcomed 96 trainees across its UK offices as part of its 2026 intake.
The new recruits are based in London, the Midlands, Thames Valley, Manchester, Cheltenham and Kent, joining teams spanning tax, corporate audit, business advisory and accounting, social purpose and non-profit audit, and financial reporting.
The trainees are taking part in a structured induction programme covering Crowe’s culture, values and ways of working, alongside opportunities to build relationships with colleagues across the business.
Alicia Zarandi, head of talent acquisition at Crowe, said: “Expanding access to our opportunities is an important part of our Early Careers strategy, but it’s equally important that students have a positive, fair and engaging experience throughout the process, and that we continue to attract the talent our business needs.
“Through meaningful partnerships, targeted outreach and the support of our internal networks, we work to ensure our opportunities reach a wide range of students and graduates, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, potential, and long-term fit.
“Our goal is to balance reach, experience and outcomes, ensuring talented students can access our opportunities, enjoy a positive recruitment journey, and thrive in careers that support our business’s future success!”
The intake forms part of Crowe’s wider early careers programme, which provides routes into the profession through graduate and school leaver roles, internships and placements.
Participants receive support towards professional qualifications alongside structured learning, mentoring and practical client experience.
Crowe also welcomed 17 interns this summer through the 10,000 Black Interns programme, marking its fifth year supporting the initiative.
The firm has additionally welcomed its first interns through a partnership with The ABL Foundation, which works to create opportunities for disabled talent.
Mitesh Patelia, chief executive at Crowe, added: “We are delighted to welcome 96 trainees to Crowe as they begin this exciting stage of their professional journey.
“These talented individuals bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and ambition, and we are committed to supporting their development through high-quality training, professional qualifications and meaningful client experience.
“As Crowe continues to invest in its people, our Early Careers programme remains a key part of our strategy to attract, develop and retain future talent, providing opportunities for people to build rewarding careers.
“It is also central to our long-term success.
“Talent is all around us, but opportunity isn’t, so alongside our trainee programme, we are proud to champion and support initiatives that improve access to the accountancy profession.”
