Pulse Consult appoints East Midlands director

Independent construction consultancy Pulse Consult has appointed Billie Wallace-Moth as director in its East Midlands hub as it expands its residential offering.

Billie joins after more than a decade at AtkinsRéalis, formerly Faithful+Gould, where she delivered major schemes across the private residential and purpose-built student accommodation sectors.

Her experience spans the East Midlands and London and includes leading the delivery of major projects for Fusion Group and working on the RICS award-winning iQ Sneinton Market scheme.

In her new role, Billie will lead the expansion of Pulse Consult’s residential capabilities across the East Midlands, with a focus on build-to-rent, student accommodation and private sector housing.

She will also support the development and mentoring of junior colleagues as the consultancy grows its regional delivery team.

Billie said: “Moving to a dedicated project management consultancy like Pulse Consult allows me to get right back to the core of what I love doing. 

“Pulse’s agility, vision and focus on delivering high-quality residential environments create the perfect platform for this next stage in my career.

“My focus will be on expanding our market footprint, driving high standards on the delivery of high-risk buildings, and mentoring the next generation of talented project managers.

Billie’s arrival comes as Pulse Consult expands its national student living and residential portfolio, which includes projects in London and Bristol and a £300 million pipeline of high-density living and regeneration developments across the UK.
