Healthcare provider doubles HQ space

A growing healthcare provider has doubled the size of its headquarters as it continues to expand its workforce and clinic network.

Duality Healthcare has opened a new 2500sq ft headquarters at Weavers Court in Belfast, providing a larger base for its team of more than 100 people.

The refurbished office is twice the size of the company’s previous headquarters and follows the opening of a new clinic on Belfast’s Bedford Street earlier this year.

Duality also operates clinics in Newry, Ballymena, Derry/Londonderry and Omagh, with plans being finalised for a further two locations in the coming months.

Alongside its physical network, the company provides a UK-wide virtual care service giving patients remote access to clinicians.

The headquarters opening comes as Duality secures Great Place to Work accreditation, which is awarded following direct feedback from employees about workplace culture and experience.

Bosses say the larger base forms part of the company’s strategy to provide a high-quality working environment as its team continues to grow.

John McEvoy, chief executive of Duality Healthcare, said: “Duality Healthcare has grown significantly this year, both in terms of increasing the services we provide and the size of our team and clinical network, so moving into a new, larger space for our headquarters is another important milestone.
