Tech firm lands six-figure healthcare agreement

A technology firm is cheering a six-figure healthcare deal.

Light Science Technologies Holdings has picked up work with a medical sector device company.

The £342,000 order will be delivered through the Derbyshire-headquartered company’s contract electronics manufacturing division.

The deal follows a previous £160,000 partnership with the client, which is described as a “UK-headquartered, international healthcare manufacturer… whose core product portfolio supports infection prevention, clinical waste management and surgical procedures”.

Bosses say revenues will be recognised between November 2026 and February 2027. 

Simon Deacon, chief executive at Ashbourne-based Light Science Technologies Holdings, said: “I’m delighted with the continued momentum within the contract electronics manufacturing division.

“We are establishing longer-term relationships with clients that have the ability to underpin repeat business opportunities.”
