Meanwhile, Nick Bucknell, who has spent 22 years with Beaverbrooks, has been named watch buying and Loupe operations director, taking responsibility for watch buying alongside his existing Loupe and Rolex remit.
The changes also see Simon Smith’s role evolve from retail director to retail, people and culture director, reflecting an increased focus on staff, culture and retail development.
They come as brand director Roger Fairhurst prepares to step down at the end of September after more than 35 years with the group.
He will leave the business in spring 2027.
Anna Blackburn, managing director at Beaverbrooks, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ben, Jo and Nick to the director team.
“All three have built long and successful careers with The Beaverbrooks Group and bring significant expertise across our business.
“This is an exciting time for the Group and the right moment to strengthen our leadership team as we continue to deliver our strategic vision and work towards our core purpose of enriching lives.
“We are also incredibly grateful to Roger for more than 35 years of commitment to the business and everything he has contributed throughout his career.”
