Digital agency celebrates double client win
A Leeds-based digital agency has strengthened its financial services portfolio after securing two new client wins.
Enjoy Digital has been appointed by debt advice organisation StepChange and wealth management business Titan Wealth, expanding its work across different areas of financial services.
The additions build on an existing client list that includes insurer Ageas and Bank of Ireland.
Enjoy Digital says the appointments will support its focus on helping regulated businesses improve customer acquisition, engagement and digital performance amid changing consumer expectations and behaviours.
Christina Miller, client partner at Enjoy Digital, said: “One thing that’s becoming increasingly clear through our work across financial services is that financial health is not a static point.
“Customers move through different life stages, priorities and challenges, interacting with a wide range of products and services as they do so.
“Our work with businesses operating across that journey gives us a much deeper understanding of the behaviours and expectations shaping each stage.
“Ultimately, this insight helps us create more relevant digital experiences and solutions that reflect the reality of modern life.”
Rebecca Angle, marketing manager at StepChange, added: “Partnering with Enjoy for Debt Awareness Week has been a fantastic experience.
“They’ve managed to translate the complexities of debt advice into a campaign that is both empathetic and impactful.
“It’s been great to work with a team that is so clearly aligned with our mission of reducing debt stigma.”
Will Tisdall, head of digital marketing at Titan Wealth, added: “We’ve enjoyed working with the Enjoy team.
“They have helped us turn our integrated digital marketing strategy from a documented plan into live campaigns, which we're already seeing encouraging signs from.
“While there is still plenty to do, a significant amount has been achieved in a relatively short period of time, supported by Enjoy’s expertise and collaborative approach.”
The wins come ahead of the agency’s Technology Trust Gap in Financial Services event, which will draw on consumer research and its sector experience to explore changing attitudes towards technology and trust.
The event will also examine how financial services businesses can respond to evolving customer expectations.
