Eurofund Group appoints asset management director
Pan-European real estate investment and development group Eurofund Group has appointed Christina Lusk as asset management director as it expands its UK retail portfolio.
Christina will work across the group’s UK retail asset management mandates, overseeing the strategic direction and performance of major assets throughout their investment lifecycles.
She joins from NewRiver REIT, having previously served as asset management director at Ellandi LLP before its acquisition by NewRiver in 2024.
During her time with Ellandi, Christina held responsibility for a portfolio of retail destinations including Highcross in Leicester and The Broadway in Bradford, which Eurofund Group recently acquired.
She previously worked at Hines, where she led the re-anchoring of The Centre, Livingston and the redevelopment of the adjoining Almondvale West Retail Park.
Christina’s appointment forms part of Eurofund Group’s expansion of its asset management capabilities as it grows its UK retail portfolio.
Alberto Esguevillas, chief executive at UK retail at Eurofund, said: “As we continue to expand our UK portfolio, we’re committed to building further strength in depth across our asset management platform.
“Christina’s pedigree, alongside her detailed understanding of one of our flagship assets, make her a valuable and welcome addition to the team.”
