Wealth manager backs inaugural scaleup awards

A Newcastle-based wealth management specialist has thrown its support behind a new awards programme celebrating the North East’s growing companies.

Raymond James Monument has been named headline sponsor of the inaugural Scaleup North East Alumni Awards 2026.

Taking place at Tyne Bank in Newcastle on Friday, October 16, the event will celebrate businesses, founders and teams driving growth, innovation and resilience across the region.

Organised by Scaleup North East, which is delivered by business support organisation RTC North, the awards will recognise businesses that have participated in the growth programme during its eight-year history.

The event will also reunite founders and business leaders from across the programme’s alumni network, highlighting their achievements and contribution to the regional economy.
