New agency aims to make things Eazier
Two communications specialists have launched a new PR and marketing consultancy focused on the built environment.
Eazier has been founded by communications directors Elizabeth Zbaraska and Rick Hollister, who have more than 25 years of combined agency experience across B2B and B2C communications.
An evolution of Eazy Comms, the consultancy will operate a senior-led model, with its founders remaining directly involved in both strategy and day-to-day client work.
Eazier will work across the built environment supply chain, covering sectors including manufacturing, building products, construction, property, placemaking, asset and facilities management, and the circular economy.
It launches with a client list including Samsung Climate Solutions, Built Environment & Architecture Media (BEAM) and PEW Electrical Distributors.
Elizabeth and Rick say the integrated agency will provide PR strategy, media relations, social media, media buying and events, drawing on specialist teams assembled according to individual client briefs.
They add the approach responds to increasingly complex markets, where businesses require greater sector expertise, commercial understanding and industry knowledge from communications partners.
Elizabeth, who is based in London, said: “Eazy Comms was built around strong relationships, senior involvement and really understanding the industries our clients operate in.
“Eazier takes that approach and combines it with the additional experience, expertise and the relationships that Rick and I collectively bring, giving us the scope to take on bigger briefs and do more for our clients.
“We have both seen the difference it makes when an agency truly understands a client’s organisation, its people and the market it operates in.
“Clients shouldn’t have to repeatedly explain their industry, correct terminology or manage the people they have appointed to provide specialist counsel and deliver results.
“We want Eazier to feel like part of the client’s marketing team and the wider business.
“That means understanding the commercial context, bringing ideas to the table and being prepared to have an honest opinion.”
Manchester-based Rick added: “The industries our clients operate in can be complicated but working with their communications agency shouldn’t be.
“We believe there is room for a different kind of relationship between businesses and their PR and marketing teams.
“Our insights show industry leaders want experience, cross sector relationships and deep knowledge, and that’s what we aim to deliver.”
