La Fosse expands senior leadership team

Technology and transformation specialist La Fosse, headquartered in London, has appointed two senior leaders as it looks to accelerate its artificial intelligence ambitions and international growth.

Barry Sacks has joined the board as group chief technology officer, while Terry Dawson has been appointed managing director, business systems, change and transformation, EMEA.

Barry brings extensive technology leadership experience, most recently as a chief technology officer within high-growth B2B SaaS businesses.

Having advised La Fosse on its technology and AI strategy over the past year, he will now lead its implementation across the group’s four service offerings.

Barry said: “I’m excited to be joining La Fosse on a permanent basis. 

“We have a distinctive view of the technology talent market, built up over two decades, and I’m looking forward to executing our strategy to unlock value that will be transformative for the business. 

“I’m looking forward to supporting our consultants and our clients to reach their own goals through the innovative use of technology and AI, as we embark on the next stage of La Fosse’s evolution.” 

Terry brings almost two decades of recruitment and transformation experience across technology, SAP, enterprise applications and large-scale business change.

He previously held senior leadership roles at Investigo and The IN Group.

In his new role, Terry will lead La Fosse’s business systems, change and transformation and international teams, while driving its international growth plans.
