SMH Group expands executive team

Yorkshire and Derbyshire professional services firm SMH Group has appointed three senior leaders to its executive team as it continues to expand across the two regions.

Graham Parker joins as chief operating officer, with Melanie Foster appointed chief technology officer and Karen Arch taking up the role of chief people officer.

The trio will work alongside SMH Group’s existing leadership team, with responsibility for strengthening its operations, technology and people strategy as the business continues to grow.

Their appointments are intended to strengthen the infrastructure supporting the firm’s client-facing teams and enable them to focus on building client relationships and delivering professional services.
