Office adds up to growth for school software firm

An education software firm says it has laid foundations for growth with an office deal.

Arbor Education is moving into Leeds’ 34 Boar Lane.

Bosses say the site represents a “real investment in its people (and provides) a home that matches its ambition”.

The company – known for school information management systems – has taken a 9764sq ft base on a ten-year lease in the city hub, which stands close to Leeds’ railway station and is owned by Kinrise.

Lewis Tasker, Arbor Education chief people officer, said: “As we continue to grow, we wanted a home in Leeds that matches our ambition and gives our team a workplace they can be proud of, and this building does exactly that. 

“Everything we do comes back to supporting schools and teachers, and attracting and retaining brilliant people is how we keep delivering for them. 

“A space like this helps us do just that.”

George Aberdeen, Kinrise co-founder, said: “Securing Arbor Education as a tenant is a great outcome.

The 34 Boar Lane building is being marketed by Knight Frank.
