Aon welcomes Leeds graduate intake
Global professional services firm Aon has welcomed four graduates and an industrial placement student to its Leeds office as part of its Early Careers programme.
Therese Tolan, Adil Haider, Ishraat Azad and Sarah Grogan have joined the firm as graduates, while Yuliia Buhera has joined as an industrial placement student.
The five recruits will gain experience across actuarial consulting, client management and investment consulting while developing their technical and professional skills through work with colleagues and clients.
Therese joins following a physics degree at the University of Birmingham, while Adil studied MORSE at the University of Warwick and Ishraat completed a business management with law degree at Leeds Beckett University.
Sarah studied economics at the University of Cambridge, while Yuliia is studying economics and business management at the University of Sheffield.
The four graduates have joined Aon’s Launch programme, which combines practical experience, structured development and professional qualifications to support the transition from university into full-time employment.
Yuliia will gain workplace experience with Aon before returning to university to complete her degree.
Emma Rogers, consultant in Aon’s Leeds office, said: “We’re delighted to welcome this year’s graduates to Aon.
“Our Early Careers programme plays an important role in bringing talented people into the business and giving them the experience, support and development they need to fulfil their potential.
“Each of our new graduates brings their own skills, experiences and perspectives to the firm.
“I look forward to seeing them develop their careers and make a valuable contribution to our clients and the wider Leeds team.”
