One2Call grows customer service team

Sheffield-based IT and cyber security services provider One2Call has made five appointments as it continues to grow following its move to larger premises.

Rebecca Masters joins as customer success manager and will work with clients to strengthen relationships, understand their goals and help them gain greater value from One2Call’s services.

Lewis Watson has been appointed implementation manager and will oversee the introduction of a new service management platform designed to improve communications and access to support.

Gabriel Williams joins as commercial account manager, working with customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance, while Ryan Howden and Andrew Marsh have joined the service desk team.

The appointments come four months after One2Call relocated to Jessops Riverside on Brightside Lane in Sheffield’s Meadowhall district.

Founded in 2007 by Danny Kirkby and Nick Bass, the managed IT, cloud, connectivity, cyber security and AI services provider has grown to 37 employees.

One2Call is planning further strategic recruitment as it approaches its 20th year in business and continues a multi-million-pound investment programme.

Nick said: “Exceptional customer service is an important priority for us.

“Customer interactions provide valuable insights into recurring issues, product expectations and improvements, and service optimisation, creating a feedback loop helping us drive well-informed business decisions.

“It is how our company interacts front-line with its customers.

“High-quality customer service strengthens relationships, builds trust, and encourages repeat business while boosting our company’s reputation.

“These hires ensure our team is equipped with the right tools and knowledge management systems to improve efficiency and ensure consistent, effective customer support across all our channels.”
