RGCF promotes corporate finance manager

North East corporate finance firm RG Corporate Finance (RGCF) has promoted Euan Mulholland to corporate finance senior manager following his continued progression with the company.

Euan joined RGCF as a corporate finance executive in August 2023 before being promoted to corporate finance manager in April 2025.

A chartered accountant, he previously spent four years with PwC, progressing from trainee associate to senior associate.

Since joining RGCF, Euan has advised business owners, shareholders and management teams on transactions across a range of sectors.

His recent work includes advising on US food technology company GrubMarket’s acquisition of Team Valley fresh produce wholesaler JR Holland and the sale of energy technology business Quorum Technology to Norwegian-headquartered Volue.

He also worked on the management buyout of Peterlee-based engineering business GT Group, which returned the manufacturer to North East ownership.

RGCF has a 22-strong team providing M&A advisory, transactional tax and financial and tax due diligence services to clients across the UK.
