Teciem expands executive leadership team
Treasury and capital markets software provider Teciem has expanded its executive leadership team with two senior appointments in London.
Stefano Maestri has joined as chief technology officer, while Strath Lanyon has been appointed chief customer officer, with both reporting to chief executive Wissam Khoury.
Stefano will lead Teciem’s global engineering and platform strategy, focusing on product innovation, cloud transformation and AI capabilities, alongside the resilience, security and scalability of its technology.
He brings extensive experience across financial services and software businesses, including expertise in mission-critical systems, platform transformation and global engineering leadership.
Strath brings more than 20 years’ experience building and scaling businesses across capital markets, RegTech and data automation.
As chief customer officer, Strath will lead customer success, with responsibility for strengthening client partnerships, accelerating adoption and supporting co-innovation.
Their appointments form part of Teciem’s continued investment in its products, people and customers as demand for modern treasury and capital markets technology grows.
Wissam said: “Following the launch of Teciem just over six months ago, we are continuing to grow our leadership team and reshape the future of treasury and capital markets technology.
“Stefano and Strath bring exceptional experience in technology innovation, cloud transformation, customer success and operational excellence.
“Their appointments reflect our commitment to helping clients modernise faster, realise greater value from their technology investments, and benefit from the next generation of AI-enabled solutions.
“We are delighted to welcome them both to Teciem as we continue our strategic transformation and strengthen our position as the partner of choice for financial institutions worldwide.”
