Bradley Hall takes ‘exciting step’ with new office
A national property consultancy has relocated its Manchester office to larger premises as it looks to build on growing demand for its services across the North West.
Bradley Hall has moved to new offices on King Street in Manchester city centre, providing additional space to expand its team and strengthen its regional valuation offering.
The relocation follows a period of growth for the office, which supports clients across Greater Manchester, Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire and Merseyside.
Led by associate director Charlotte Williams, the team has recently welcomed graduate surveyor Sienna Baker, associate director Benjamin Riddle and chartered surveyor Matthew Beswick.
Charlotte says the larger premises will provide the capacity to accommodate future recruitment while supporting closer collaboration with clients and colleagues across the firm's national network.
She adds that further appointments are planned over the coming months as the business continues to invest in its North West operations.
Charlotte said: “Moving into our new King Street office is an exciting step for the team and reflects the progress we’ve made since establishing our presence in Manchester.
“The new premises give us the space to continue expanding, collaborate more effectively and provide an excellent base from which to support our growing client base.
“We’re delighted to have recently welcomed Sienna, Ben and Matthew to the team, and with further appointments planned over the coming months, this move puts us in a strong position for the next stage of our growth.
“Manchester continues to be a thriving property market, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build our presence across the region.”
Founded in 1988, Newcastle-headquartered Bradley Hall operates 13 offices across the UK, providing services including estate agency, commercial property, building surveying, property management, lettings, auctions and land development.
Neil Hart, chief executive at Bradley Hall, added: "Manchester is one of the UK’s most dynamic property markets, and investing in larger premises demonstrates our long-term commitment to the region.
“Charlotte has done an excellent job establishing the office, building strong client relationships and developing a high-performing valuation team.
“Our people are central to our growth strategy, and this move provides the capacity to continue attracting talented surveyors while supporting the increasing demand we're seeing for valuation services.
“As a national property consultancy, we’re committed to investing in our regional offices, giving them the backing of our central support teams while enabling them to grow their own successful local businesses.”
