Beal Homes strengthens sales team

East Yorkshire-based housebuilder Beal Homes has appointed award-winning property professional Hollie Everson as sales manager.

Hollie joins the family-owned business from Barratt Redrow, where she progressed through several roles after joining as a trainee sales advisor in 2019.

She subsequently became a sales advisor and senior sales advisor, receiving four awards for her performance, including being named the housebuilder’s sales advisor of the year in 2026.

Before joining Barratt Redrow, Hollie gained experience working as an online estate agent.

In her new role, Hollie will draw on her experience in new homes sales and customer service to support Beal Homes’ sales operations and customers throughout the homebuying process.

She succeeds Harriet Walker, who is remaining with the business in a different capacity.

Hollie also brings first-hand experience of purchasing new-build properties, having bought two herself, giving her an understanding of the customer journey from both sides.

Hollie said: “I’m excited to continue my career in the property industry with Beal Homes.
