Forbes Global Properties appoints founder partner
Luxury residential property brokerage UK Forbes Global Properties has strengthened its founding team with the appointment of Charles Lloyd as founder partner.
Charles brings almost 40 years’ experience in prime and super-prime residential property, having held senior positions at Beauchamp Estates, Savills and CBRE.
During 14 years at Savills, he established and led its Mayfair and St James’s operation and helped launch its Marylebone office.
He subsequently became senior director at CBRE, where he co-founded its Private Office, before establishing Charles Lloyd Real Estate in 2025.
His career includes several high-value property transactions, including the sale of a £90 million Mayfair residence and a £43.5 million deal on Mount Street.
He was also recognised as a top recommended property broker in the 2026 Spear's 500.
In his new role, Charles will advise buyers and sellers across Prime Central London and the Prime Home Counties, drawing on his extensive market knowledge and international client relationships.
Charles said: “Having spent much of my career advising clients at the top end of the London market, I know how much they value experience, discretion and direct access to the person representing them.
“Martin and Charlie are building a business around those principles, with the added reach of Forbes Global Properties.
“I’m excited to join as a founder partner and help shape its development.”
Charlie Willis, founder partner and managing director of UK Forbes Global Properties, added: “Charles brings exactly the depth of experience we want in our founding team.
“Just as important is the trust clients place in him personally.
“His track record across Mayfair and the wider prime market speaks for itself, and it’s that personal credibility and judgement that make him such a strong fit for our clients.”
UK Forbes Global Properties holds exclusive UK membership of Forbes Global Properties, an invitation-only international network of luxury real estate brokerages.
Martin Bikhit, founder and chief executive of UK Forbes Global Properties, added: “Charles has an exceptional pedigree.
“He has led significant businesses, handled some remarkable transactions and built trusted relationships over decades.
“I’ve known him for well over 20 years, and what has always stood out is his knowledge of the market and the care he takes with his clients.
“Charlie and I are delighted to welcome him as a founder partner.”
