Jaja Finance appoints chief customer officer
London-based financial services company Jaja Finance has appointed Abby Vickers as chief customer officer in a newly created role overseeing its customer and commercial strategy.
Abby joins from Klarna, where she served as chief executive of Klarna Financial Services UK from 2019.
During her time at Klarna, she led the UK financial services business through its Financial Conduct Authority authorisation and subsequent development.
She brings extensive experience across analytics, commercial operations and risk management, having supported business transformation and growth within the financial services sector.
In her new role, Abby will lead Jaja's combined commercial, product and analytics function, taking responsibility for the company's customer experience and commercial performance.
She will also join the senior leadership team, working with colleagues across the business to support the next phase of Jaja’s strategy.
Abby said: “I’m delighted to be joining Jaja at such an exciting point in its growth.
“I’m looking forward to bringing our commercial, product and analytics teams closer together to join the dots across the customer journey and drive greater outcomes for our customers.
“I’m also excited to be working with such a talented team to shape Jaja’s next chapter.”
Dave Goodman, executive chairman at Jaja Finance, added: “Abby’s appointment strengthens our commercial leadership at exactly the right moment.
“Bringing commercial, product and analytics together under her gives us one clear owner of our customer and commercial agenda, and her experience building and scaling propositions gives us a real advantage as we enter our next phase of growth.”
