Johnson Fellows welcomes apprentice duo
Birmingham-based commercial property consultancy Johnson Fellows has strengthened its team with the appointment of two apprentice surveyors.
Zach Greenway and Harry Dukes have joined the firm’s apprenticeship programme, combining academic study with practical experience across its commercial property operations.
Both are studying towards a RICS-accredited degree in real estate at Birmingham City University while gaining hands-on experience working on client projects.
Their roles will see them develop skills across the consultancy’s lease advisory, property management and agency teams, working with a range of commercial property sectors.
The appointments form part of Johnson Fellows’ commitment to developing young talent and providing opportunities for the next generation of property professionals.
Established in Birmingham in 1984, Johnson Fellows also operates from offices in London and Manchester.
The consultancy advises retailers, investors, developers and financiers, providing services including commercial agency, lease advisory, property management, building surveying and valuation.
Paul Milsom, senior partner at Johnson Fellows, said: “We’re passionate about giving young people the opportunity to earn while they learn and build a long-term career in the commercial property sector.
“Investing and retaining new talent couldn’t be more important and we’re really proud to be helping to shape the next generation of industry leaders.
“It’s fantastic to play a part in Zach and Harry’s career journeys as they take their first steps into the property industry.”
