Complii appoints electrical sales director
London-headquartered building safety and regulatory compliance specialist Complii has promoted Andrew Lewis to divisional sales director for its electrical business.
Andrew moves into the role from Zeta, part of the Complii group, where he served as head of sales and marketing.
During his time at Zeta, he helped drive commercial growth, strengthen customer relationships and develop the company’s services.
In his new position, Andrew will work alongside electrical division managing director Colin Lang to expand Complii’s electrical services offering, develop new business opportunities and build on existing client relationships.
He will also support greater collaboration across the group's five divisions – water, air, fire, electrical, and lifts and escalators – as part of its ‘One Complii’ approach to providing integrated compliance services.
Andrew said: “I’m delighted to be taking on this role at such an exciting stage for the electrical division.
“My time at Zeta has shown me the value of building strong, lasting customer relationships, and I’m looking forward to working with Colin and colleagues across the group to develop new opportunities, support continued growth and help our customers make the most of the full breadth of expertise Complii has to offer.”
Andrew’s promotion comes as Complii continues to expand its operations across the UK, with a focus on strengthening its commercial capabilities and developing leadership talent internally.
His appointment forms part of the group’s wider strategy to support employee progression while building on growth opportunities across its specialist divisions.
Martin Truscott, chief commercial officer at Complii, added: “Andrew’s appointment comes at an exciting time for our electrical division, where we see significant opportunity for growth.
“He brings commercial leadership, a real focus on our customers and a deep understanding of how our business works, which makes him very well placed to lead the division into its next phase.
“Creating opportunities for our people is a key part of our strategy as Complii continues to grow, and Andrew’s progression is an excellent example of that.
“I’m looking forward to working with him as he builds on the strong relationships we have with our customers and helps them benefit from everything the group has to offer.”
