Bradley Hall appoints associate director
National property consultancy Bradley Hall has promoted Benjamin Riddle to associate director as it continues to expand its Manchester operations.
Benjamin, previously a general practice surveyor at the firm’s Teesside office, has relocated to Manchester to support its growing client base across the North West.
He began his career with Bradley Hall during his degree at Northumbria University, completing a placement year within the property management team at its Newcastle office.
He subsequently joined the Teesside team as a graduate surveyor, gaining experience across commercial and residential property before completing his Assessment of Professional Competence in November 2025.
In his new role, Benjamin will work alongside colleagues in Manchester, advising landlords, occupiers, investors and developers on a range of commercial property matters.
Benjamin said: “I’m really pleased to be taking on this new role in Manchester and to be continuing my career with Bradley Hall.
“My time in the Teesside office has given me a strong foundation and the opportunity to work with some fantastic clients and colleagues.
“Moving to Manchester is an exciting next step and I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to the team, building new relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the office.”
Benjamin’s promotion forms part of Bradley Hall’s continued investment in its North West operations, while reflecting its commitment to developing talent internally.
Founded in 1988, Bradley Hall provides commercial and residential property services through its growing national network of offices, including agency, property management, valuation, building surveying and development advice.
Richard Rafique, group managing director, added: “Ben’s promotion to associate director is a reflection of the experience and knowledge he has built during his time with Bradley Hall.
“He has developed a strong understanding of our clients and the wider commercial property market, and I’m confident he will play an important role in the continued growth of our Manchester team.
“It’s great to see colleagues progressing within the business, and we look forward to supporting Ben as he takes this next step in his career and continues to build on the work already being done across the North West.”
