Complii appoints partnerships director
Building safety and regulatory compliance specialist Complii, headquartered in London, has strengthened its senior commercial team with the appointment of Katie Hodson as partnerships director.
Katie brings more than 30 years’ experience across retail, hospitality, fire and security, and business-to-business markets, with a background in commercial growth, customer relationship management and sales leadership.
In her new role, she will oversee the development of Complii's strategic partnerships programme, working with customers, partners and colleagues across the group's five divisions – water, air, fire, electrical, and lifts and escalators.
She will focus on identifying new commercial opportunities, strengthening existing relationships and helping customers access the group's expanding range of specialist services.
Her appointment comes as Complii continues to grow through acquisitions, having recently welcomed White Lift Services, The General Lift Company and GMS Services Ltd into the business.
Katie will also support the group’s ‘One Complii’ strategy, which aims to improve collaboration between its specialist businesses and provide customers with a more integrated service.
She said: “Complii has grown into a group with a remarkable breadth of specialist expertise, and I’m thrilled to be joining at such an important point in its journey.
“I’ve always found that the best results come from engaged people and genuine, trusted relationships.
“I’m looking forward to working with colleagues across every division, as well as our customers and partners, to create new opportunities and deliver even more value for the people and buildings we support.”
Katie’s appointment forms part of Complii’s continued investment in commercial leadership as it pursues further growth across the UK.
Martin Truscott, chief commercial officer at Complii, added: “Partnerships are becoming an increasingly important part of how we grow and how we serve our customers.
“Katie brings a wealth of experience from a range of sectors and a proven ability to build relationships that last.
“As our group grows, we want every customer to be able to draw on everything Complii has to offer, and Katie will play a vital role in making that happen.
“I’m delighted to welcome her to the team.”
