Tees Valley tanning brand uGlow wins two LUXlife beauty awards

uGlow, the clear tanning water created by Tees Valley founder Louise Cooper, has won two awards at the LUXlife Health, Beauty and Wellness Awards 2026: Best Self Tan Products Brand 2026 and the Skin Science Formulation Excellence Award 2026. The wins follow a LUXlife Customer Service Excellence Award in 2025.

Louise first made uGlow in her own kitchen. After years working in tanning, she wanted a tan that looked natural and didn't leave colour behind on clothes and sheets. That idea became Clear Water Technology: a clear tanning water with no colour guide, no added fragrance and only a minimal odour.

Today uGlow is made in the UK. It is vegan, cruelty-free, contains hyaluronic acid and suits all skin tones.
