Leonard Curtis unveils 'important' office move

A professional services firm says it is set for growth after unveiling an office move.

Leonard Curtis is switching to a new Salford base.

Bosses say the 10,000sq ft office – in the New Bailey-based Eden high-rise – will bolster plans to double group revenues over the next four years.

The site will replace a base in the nearby Riverside House, with staff expected to move into Eden later this year.

Dan Booth, chief executive of Leonard Curtis, which is known for corporate restructuring, turnaround, funding and legal advice support, said: “This marks an important step for us.

“While additional space is important, this is about creating an environment that reflects the business we are building.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to create an environment where they can do their best work and continue to develop.”

Laura Percy, development director at Muse – the regeneration firm that has supported Eden’s creation alongside Homes England and Legal & General – added: “This latest deal marks another positive step forward in Eden’s journey.

“It’s also brilliant to see an organisation, which has grown and expanded in New Bailey, staying here.”
