durhamlane makes ‘statement’ office move

A North East sales outsourcing specialist has relocated to Newcastle city centre as it looks to support its continued growth and international client base.

durhamlane has relocated from Silverlink to Generator Studios, taking 4000sq ft of workspace on a five-year lease.

The company, which helps business-to-business clients across the UK and overseas develop their sales pipelines and increase revenue, moved into its new headquarters at the beginning of October.

Founded in 2011 by Lee Durham and Richard Lane, durhamlane has grown into an outsourced sales partner for businesses across the UK, Europe and North America.

Led by managing director Jake Spence since 2022, the company says its new office will provide a modern, collaborative environment for employees while offering a central location for visiting clients.

Jake said: “Our clients across the UK, Europe and North America rely on us to bring sharp thinking and real commercial outcomes, and that starts with the environment our people work in.

“We’ve built a team we’re incredibly proud of, and they deserve a home that matches the energy and ambition they bring every day.

“We’re right in the heart of Newcastle at Generator Studios, in a space designed for collaboration, learning and growth.

“It’s a statement about where we’re heading, and we’re excited about what this next step brings.”

The move sees durhamlane join an established community of businesses at Generator Studios, including Gardiner Richardson, Black and White, Zerolight and Lantern Building Consultancy.

Other recent arrivals include OTCX and Invenirex, adding to the building’s growing mix of occupiers.

The deal was completed by North East commercial property agency Parker Knights.
