Sport and business - enabling high performance workplaces
Lessons from professional sport, from business and from academia on how to develop, enable and support a high performing workplace.
For the duration of 2025, the North East Chamber of Commerce’s Knowledge Programme will be shining a light on the role of ‘people’.
People deal with people and it has arguably never been more important that we support our people in the workplace.
At this event, we’ll be delving deeper into high performance workplaces - examples being taken from the world of professional sport, business and academia.
In supporting the continual building of a positive workplace culture, this event will look at the roots of professional sport in the region, how we can develop a high-performance mindset and how this can support your workplace.
We will further look at creating high performance cultures, how this can support your every day as a business, namely getting the best from the people in your workplace.
