Andy joined Opus Energy in 2004 with 16 years’ experience in customer service and operations management in the financial services and utility industries. He is accountable for end-to-end operational processes and performance, including new customer registration, invoice production and dispatch and customer service delivery. Andy’s remit encompasses both gas and electricity products across SME and Corporate portfolios.
