I am Ben, MD of Noggin and co-creator of the Catalyst Process. Passionate about helping people leaders lead in as human a way as possible by being mindful of the impact they have on others. I am an avid student and certified trainer in FIRO Theory and The Human Element. I also have the privilege of identifying and mentoring our wonderful team of associates.
