Our mission is to realise people's ambitions by finding them a job they love as much as we love ours We started Benchmark in 2006 after identifying a gap in the market for an employment consultancy that genuinely cares about all the people it comes into contact with. We met at school aged 12, pursued our education and careers separately always knowing that together we could create something spectacular. The time came after working in recruitment, management, HR and training when we became disillusioned with the companies we worked for, we remortgaged our house, resigned from our jobs and got cracking. Since then we've been working with organisations all across Yorkshire, Lancashire and the Midlands to match top quality people with top quality jobs, in our quest to make sure where you spend your eight hours a day is truly satisfying.
