Chris founded We Are Experience in 2003 to deliver digital customer experiences that work and the company has been growing successfully ever since, focused on c-suite strategic consultancy, supported by great insight and innovation. As Managing Director, Chris’ key areas of accountability include overall business strategy, global expansion, senior account management, PR and sales. With a degree in Product Design, Chris started his career as a Product Designer and 3D Animator, moving quickly into interactive TV to launch the world's first commercial service, HomeChoice, in 1996. He then moved into the internet firstly as Head of Online Design at BUPA and then as Creative Team Manager at Andersen Business Consulting. Chris launched a number of world first websites, including BUPA, Sky Sports and Pop Idols only to comeback into IPTV and launch BT Vision. At Andersen Corporation Chris was promoted to Senior Manager - Creative Director, where he led the client facing design team, before deciding to establish his own business, We Are Experience. Chris has presented to a wide range of audiences on numerous digital subjects and has spent a lot of time working in the Middle East and US. A keen sailor who hitched around the world on luxury yachts for a year, Chris likes to be challenged and has a passion for creating a global best practise approach to customer experience and cutting through the hype that holds back great ideas. In October 2012, Chris was honoured to be voted onto the executive committee of the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA), where he plans to raise the profile of British digital work, educate future employees and share his passion for his work. Chris includes the following as his key expertise: business strategy, digital strategy, digital marketing, user experience, user interface design / user-centred design, customer experience, user interface and digital media.
