I am managing director of theEword, a digital marketing agency which, over the past six years, has grown from a team of three to employing more than 40 members of staff across five departments and turning over £2.5million, providing digital marketing services to some of the UK’s leading telecoms, property, legal and B2C businesses. I lead the agency's knowledge share and training programmes and have delivered seminars for organisations including the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, MediaTrust, Manchester Law Society and dozens of businesses and agencies throughout Manchester and the north west, as well as appearing at conferences including the Salford Media Festival and CIPR North West conference. I'm responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing quality control, managing key partnerships and client relationships and driving the business forward.
