Dave Scott currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Gigya. With over 18 years of marketing experience, he has served as a top-tier marketing executive for Fortune 500 companies and billion dollar organizations. Throughout his career, Dave has managed half a billion marketing dollars, and generated over 30 million marketing leads. Prior to Gigya, Dave served as CMO of Foresee, Inc, CEO of Marketfish, VP of Global Marketing and Strategy at Intermec, Inc, and VP of Marketing and Strategy for the Global Services Division of PeopleSoft, Inc. Dave earned dual bachelor degrees in computer science and political philosophy from The College of William and Mary, and earned his MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also the author of The New Rules of Lead Generation: Proven Strategies to Maximize Marketing ROI published by AMACOM. Dave currently sits on the boards of Direct Marketing Association, Goodwill and Powerful Schools, is a member of Rotary International, and was previously named “Chief Marketing Officer of the Year” by the CMO Council.
