And building on a strong research foundation, she is committed to developing practical guides and tools for those responsible for delivering excellent people management in SMEs. The survey provides useful benchmarking data for organisations on the cost and causes of absence, as well as focusing on employee well-being and topical issues. Jill is a psychology graduate with a postgraduate masters and PhD in Management. Previously, Jill was lecturing at Reading University on International Human Resource Management.
